This video is still up and running with over a billion views to date.

This idea is purely strategic because the insight I found gave way to everything else quite easily: Every man in the world wants to know how to last longer.
We used this desire to teach them to last longer, in life.

So we had a Pornstar create a video and teach people how to perform a testicular self-examination without them even knowing it. Some were mad, some were thankful and one sent us a note saying he found a lump and was able to treat it. Worth it.
